The Hot Air Balloon Lift off has signified the start of fall at Maize Valley for over 25 years. Half a dozen balloons will take to the sky against the backdrop of all of our fall harvest activities. Take a wagon ride, navigate the corn maze, visit the animals, marvel at the pumpkin cannon and so much... Now in it's 27th year, the fall harvest festival at Maize Valley is a celebration of fall!
