Your ticket includes a 1 hour Yoga Flow with a certified instructor from Yoga Squared, 1 you-pick bouquet of sunflowers, 1 beverage of choice from Maize Valley Winery & Craft Brewery. Tickets are $35 each.

This event is limited to registered participants. Tickets can be purchased here.

You will need to provide your own yoga mat. Restrooms are available inside the main building at Maize Valley (there are not restrooms in the Sunflower field).
