Join us September 8, 2018 for our first Heart and Home Marketplace. This event will highlight 100 local makers, bakers, and growers all featuring their unique handcrafted items as part of the Heart & Home Marketplace. Take a scenic wagon ride around the fields of Maize Valley. Mature (i.e. non-blooming) sunflowers will be available for picking, great for birds and fall displays!
We had hoped that the sunflowers would be in full bloom, however mother nature had other ideas and the blooms occurred over one month too early. We apologize, but the very warm, wet early summer weather made the blossoms appear before we wanted.
The Heart and Home Marketplace will run from 10 am – 4 pm. Maize Valley wine & beer will be available and the kitchen will be open all day serving delicious food.
