Join us Monday, July 23 for our Beer Dinner – a five course meal featuring mouthwatering foods paired with our own Maize Valley beers.  The cost is only $40 including all five courses, beer, tax and gratuity.

We will start the evening with a welcome beer of Maize Valley Peachfork, then we will move to tender Bison Burger sliders topped with a delicious sweet/spicy pickle slaw and drizzled with horseradish aoli, served with German Pilsner.

Next will be our famous beer cheese soup with loaves of our own beer grain bread served with a sample of Pistol Peat.

The salad course is a citrus salad topped with our IPA based dressing and paired with Hopnesia IPA.

Our entree is a beer braised pork loin with mashed potatoes and Au Jus – delicious with Monk in Public (Silver Medal winner at the 2016 GABF)

Dessert is a homemade chocolate chunk ice cream float topped with Muck Monster.
