At Maize Valley, We Make Great Wine & Beer . . .FUN!

Maize Valley’s Wine of The Month is La Crescent. La Crescent is one of the French-American hybrids that Maize Valley picked to plant in the fields where sweet corn used to grow.

Brewed with Pilsner, dark caramel malts and Belgian dark candi syrup.  This beer is lightly boozy with characters of dark fruits like black cherry, dry fig and plums while the Belgian yeast strain lends a lightly spicy and dried fruit phenolic character.  25 IBU / 10 % ABV
