Silver Medal Winner at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival.  Brewed with pilsner, dark caramel malts and Belgian dark candi syrup.  This beer is lightly boozy with characters of dark fruits like black cherry, dry fig and plums while the Belgian yeast strain lends a lightly spicy and dried fruit phenolic character.  25 IBU / 10% ABV
