A Belgian Dubbel.   Late in the boil, additions of brown sugar, molasses and honey boost the gravity level while spice additions including cinnamon, allspice, clove, coriander, vanilla bean and bitter orange peel lend the cheerful holiday character. This beer is warming and a little boozy when finished. Should be allowed to warm slightly before consumption to make all of the malt and spice character come through. Served in a snifter
