A relatively light and easy drinking ale with a bit more color and character than the blonde ale.  Brewed with darker crystal malts for a slight caramel sweetness then hopped with cascade at both the beginning and end of the boil for a balancing hop bitterness with some slight piny and grapefruit hop aroma. Served in a pint glass
