DESCRIPTION:Vintner’s Dinners are culinary adventures that pair handcrafted Maize Valley wines with a five-course homegrown meal. We carefully select each gourmet course specifically to complement our wines. \nJoin us on the third Thursday of every month to taste the best local flavors of the season\, enhanced with thoughtful pairings. Our winemaker is on hand to describe the winemaking process\, explain our menu selections and sometimes even debut new wines. \nWith guests seated along one long table\, just like family\, Vintner’s Dinners are a great way to visit old friends and meet new ones as you explore the tastes of Maize Valley. Contact us to reserve your spot at the next Vintner’s Dinner before it sells out! \nDecember 17\, 2015  Menu – Christmas Around the World \nChiles en nogada (from Mexico – a poblano stuffed pepper) \nMoroccan Veggie Couscous with Pesto (from Morocco) \nBorscht with Creme Fraiche (Poland – Fresh red beet soup) \nGarlic Rosemary Prime Rib with creamy horseradish\, Latkes and Yorkshire pudding (USA\, Israel\, England) \nRaspberry Pavlova (Australia – Whipped cream and raspberries in a meringue shell) \n  \nReservation Policy: \nVintner’s Dinners require advance reservations and payment. The base cost for the five-course meal and accompanying wines is $40 per guest including tax and gratuity\, though certain dinners may cost more. \nCancellation Policy: \nReservations can be transferred to a future dinner if we receive cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance can be transferred to another guest\, or result in forfeiture. \nMaize Valley reserves the right to cancel events due to inclement weather\, in which case all paid reservations will receive certificates for a future dinner.
