SUMMARY:Stein Holding Contest
DESCRIPTION:Register Here\n					\n					\n				\n								\n				\n					\n				\n		\n					\n				\n				\n									September 22nd\, 2024 at 3:00 pm will be our first annual Stein Holding Contest! We are so excited to be hosting the event with both a Men’s and Women’s division. The winners of each division will have the opportunity to compete at the state competition in Cincinnatti on October 12th and receive a Maize Valley prize package (hint – there’s beer in the prize package). Second and third place in each division will also win a Maize Valley Prize package. What is a Stein Holding Contest? It is quite simply a contest to see who can hold a full litre of beer straight out at arm length\, for the longest amount of time. Of course there are a variety of rules\, (you can’t wear a brace\, you can’t bend your arm\, etc.) and we’ll cover all the details prior to the start of the contest.  There are even training tips located here! So come on out to Maize Valley and enjoy the day! With your entry you get admission to our Fall Harvest Festival\, a T-shirt\, the stein you hold\, and you get to drink the beer that’s in it when you’re done! Raindate for this event will be Sunday\, September 29th at 3 pm. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate. There are no refunds – in the event you can not attend after you have registered\, you can pick up your stein\, T-Shirt\, and fall harvest festival ticket at a later date.
