Vintner’s Dinner Cancellation Policies

The Vintner’s Dinners at Maize Valley are by paid reservation.  Payment can be made either in person, or over the phone with a credit card.  Your reservation is not guaranteed until payment is received.

The cost is $40 per person including tax and standard gratuity.  Additional gratuities may be made that evening at your discretion.  (Certain dinners may carry an additional charge.)

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the event can be moved to a future dinner.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the dinner will result in forfeiture unless transferred to another guest.

Maize Valley reserves the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather.  If this should occur, all paid reservations will receive certificates good for a future Vintner’s Dinner.
